The Sunday-night dread
You did the work all week. So why does a two-minute update to five colleagues feel like an exam you didn't revise for?
The meetings after you are hired are where raises and promotions get decided. GhostPilot sits next to your call and gives you the right words the moment you need them, in every standup, client call, and review.
You did the work all week. So why does a two-minute update to five colleagues feel like an exam you didn't revise for?
Someone asks you directly. You knew this an hour ago. You will know it again in an hour. Right now, with six faces waiting, it's gone.
"Why did I say it like that." Rerunning the call in bed, writing the answer you should have given to an audience of zero.
None of that is a competence problem. It's working memory under social pressure, and it has nothing to do with how good you are at your job. GhostPilot is the calm colleague in your corner: it catches the question and hands you a clear, factual line to say, so your brain can stop firefighting and start talking.
It sits beside Zoom, Meet, or Teams and hears both the call and your microphone (the browser extension cannot do that, so meetings run in the desktop app). No bot joins the call, nothing to install for anyone else.
Live transcript of the whole conversation, tagged by who's speaking. When a question or an objection lands on you, GhostPilot catches it, even mid-ramble.
A short, speakable talking point appears the moment the other side stops talking. You say it in your own voice. After the call: a summary, action items, and a follow-up email drafted for you.
Running your career in a second language means doing everything everyone else does, plus live translation, plus decoding idioms, all at conversation speed. GhostPilot carries that second job for you:
Yesterday, today, blockers: crisp in fifteen seconds, even when your brain queues up in the wrong order.
Scope questions, timeline pressure, "can we also just...": answered calmly, with the facts in front of you.
The raise conversation. The feedback conversation. The ones you rehearse for days: walk in with backup.
Reporting up without rambling: the status, the risk, the ask, in language executives actually absorb.
Terms, renewals, pricing pushback. It keeps the numbers straight while you keep the relationship warm.
Asked something in front of the whole company? Breathe. The answer's already forming in your corner.
When the price objection lands, you get the reframe while the prospect is still talking. When discovery stalls, you get the one question that reopens it. Post-call analysis is homework; this is help in the room, when the deal is still alive.
Try it on your next callIt runs in the desktop app and unlocks with Pro. Two ways to pay; the annual plan is the same product for a lot less per month.
New to GhostPilot? The free tier and the one-time Session Pass cover interview mode. Meetings mode is the Pro feature above.
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and anything else that plays audio on your computer. GhostPilot listens to the meeting audio on your side, so there is nothing to install for anyone else and no bot ever joins your call.
GhostPilot runs on your side of the call, like your own notes. It does not join the meeting, does not record into anyone's account, and does not post anything anywhere. What you share with the room is entirely up to you.
No. Audio is processed in real time for transcription and then discarded; it is never stored on our servers and never used to train AI models. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Meetings mode runs in the desktop app. It has to hear both the call and your own microphone, and the browser extension cannot capture your mic, so meetings are desktop-only. The Chrome extension is for interview mode, where it only needs to hear the interviewer.
Meetings mode is part of Pro: $59 per month, or $192 per year (which works out to $16 per month). The free tier and the one-time Session Pass are for interview mode and do not include meetings.
Yes. Download the desktop app for free and use interview mode on the free tier first. When you are ready for meetings, upgrade to Pro from inside the app or from the pricing section above.
