GhostPilot AI is a premade digital product - a desktop application that provides real-time AI-powered interview assistance. It is a self-service software tool, not a 1:1 consulting service. By installing or using GhostPilot AI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GhostPilot AI. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
GhostPilot AI offers the following plans:

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
Each Session Pass includes 3 sessions of 2 hours each. A session begins when you click “Start Session” in the application. Once started, the 2-hour timer runs continuously and does not pause.
There is a 5-minute grace period - if you accidentally start a session, you may cancel it within 5 minutes to restore it. After 5 minutes, the session is considered used. Unused sessions never expire.
All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card or payment information. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, currency conversion, and applicable tax collection. See their Privacy Policy for details.
Upon purchase, you will receive a license key via email. License keys are non-transferable and intended for a single user. You may not share, sell, or redistribute your license key. We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are shared or abused.
Pro Monthly & Pro Annual: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, email support@ghostpilotai.com for a full refund. No questions asked. This guarantee applies once per user. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable. For annual plans, cancellation after 30 days will not trigger a refund, but access continues through the end of the billing period.
Session Pass: Non-refundable once any session has been activated. If no sessions have been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Important: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding audio recording and monitoring in your jurisdiction.
GhostPilot AI captures and processes system audio from your video call application to provide real-time transcription and AI-generated suggestions. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions require the consent of all parties being recorded (known as “all-party consent” or “two-party consent”). Other jurisdictions require only one party’s consent.
By using GhostPilot AI, you acknowledge and agree that: you are solely responsible for determining whether recording or monitoring is lawful in your jurisdiction and your specific situation; you are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent from other parties before using GhostPilot AI during a conversation; GhostPilot AI does not provide legal advice and makes no representation about the legality of recording in any jurisdiction; and GhostPilot AI bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of the recording or transcription features.
If you are unsure whether recording is permitted in your situation, do not use the live transcription features.
GhostPilot AI is an assistive tool that provides AI-generated suggestions during interviews. You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
Using AI assistance during job interviews may violate the policies of the company conducting the interview, your current employer, or professional codes of conduct applicable to your field. Detection of AI assistance usage could result in disqualification from the interview process, rescission of a job offer, termination of employment, or other professional consequences. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
You assume all risk associated with using GhostPilot AI. The decision to use AI assistance during an interview is yours alone, and you accept full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from that decision. GhostPilot AI is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the product.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application; attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements; share your license key or account access with others; use the application for any purpose other than interview preparation and assistance; use automated tools to interact with the application; or use the application in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you abuse the refund policy, share or redistribute license keys, attempt to bypass the payment or tier system, or otherwise violate these terms. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
GhostPilot AI uses third-party AI inference providers for audio transcription and answer generation. AI-generated answers are suggestions only and may contain inaccuracies. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request to support@ghostpilotai.com.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated content provided by GhostPilot AI for your own personal interview preparation and use. GhostPilot AI does not claim ownership of AI-generated answers and accepts no liability for how you use them. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from GhostPilot AI. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any suggestions before use.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GhostPilot AI, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of GhostPilot AI; your violation of these terms; your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation, including but not limited to recording consent laws; any claim by a third party (including employers, interviewers, or companies) related to your use of the product; or any dispute arising from your use of AI-generated content during interviews.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these terms.
GhostPilot AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all systems. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, or any particular results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GhostPilot AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of employment or employment opportunities, reputational harm, or any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of GhostPilot AI shall not exceed the total amount you paid to GhostPilot AI in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at support@ghostpilotai.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of GhostPilot AI shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, conducted online to the extent possible. The arbitration shall be administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against GhostPilot AI.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GhostPilot AI regarding your use of the product and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the application. If you disagree with updated terms, your sole remedy is to stop using GhostPilot AI.
